Airbnb, founded in 2007, has transformed the way people experience travel, connecting hosts and guests across the world to foster authentic and community-driven experiences. As the company continues to grow, it is seeking a Senior Market Manager to oversee and expand Airbnb’s supply operations in the West Territory, with a specific focus on the Oregon region and nearby markets.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, growth, and quality of Airbnb’s property listings by managing relationships with hosts and partners. Your mission is to enhance Airbnb’s market presence, secure new partnerships, and ensure sustained growth in both established and emerging markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand Airbnb’s supply by acquiring high-quality hosts and maintaining strong relationships with key partners.

  • Conduct regular optimization calls and performance reviews with top-tier partners to support their success and strengthen long-term engagement.

  • Identify and onboard new, high-quality inventory to improve market coverage.

  • Leverage data analytics to identify growth opportunities, optimize performance, and strategically allocate resources.

  • Create and implement scalable strategies, frameworks, and playbooks that enhance supply performance and availability.

  • Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams (SalesOps, RevOps, Enablement, Product, Communications, Legal, and Policy) to ensure market consistency and operational success.

  • Represent Airbnb at industry events, host meetings, and conferences to strengthen brand recognition.

  • Provide insights on product enhancements, share partner feedback, and influence strategic product direction.

  • Offer guidance on technical integrations (e.g., API partnerships) to streamline operations for hosts and guests.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership teams by developing reports and presentations to drive informed decision-making.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, account management, or strategic partnerships, with proven success managing large portfolios or complex accounts.

  • Strong background in travel, hospitality, or online marketplaces is preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution in fast-paced and evolving environments.

  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage and track partner performance.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Willingness to travel quarterly within the assigned region for business engagements.

  • Passion for Airbnb’s mission, travel, and the sharing economy; experience as an Airbnb Host is an added advantage.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: USD 11583 – USD 13583
