Senior Marketing Coordinator

Description:

BBB is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator with expertise in proposal management to join their NYC office. This key role is responsible for producing high-quality marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, and brochures. The Senior Marketing Coordinator will collaborate directly with the Proposal Manager and Director of Business Development and will have the opportunity to mentor Marketing Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead coordination efforts for producing marketing and business development materials, such as proposals, presentations, and brochures (including both written and graphic content).

• Maintain and update marketing resources and databases, including Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint and image-based Creative Cloud.

• Coordinate materials from internal teams and external consultants.

• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.

• Develop, organize, and produce firm materials such as resumes, project sheets, and web content.

• Take the initiative in special marketing projects, including social media, PR, and other assignments as needed.

• Interface with BBB operational departments as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing within an Architecture, Engineering, or Construction firm

• High proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint

• Strong graphic design and layout skills

• Ability to work independently or collaboratively and resolve challenges effectively

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work on concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Adaptable with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to mentor fellow team members

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $90,000

• Annual performance-based bonus and salary increase
