📍 Location: New York, NY – 5 Days Onsite

We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Power BI Developer with strong expertise in business intelligence, data analytics, dashboard development, and data modeling to join our team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
Build and optimize complex DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs.
Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and data integrations.
Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
Optimize report performance, data refresh schedules, and dashboard usability.
Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and data governance best practices.
Integrate Power BI with Azure, SQL Server, SharePoint, and other data sources.
Support BI platform governance, troubleshoot reporting issues, and mentor junior developers.
🔹 Required Skills
10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query (M Language), data modeling, and SQL.
Experience with SQL Server, Azure Data Services, Azure Synapse, or Azure Data Factory.
Strong understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing.
Experience with Power BI Service, Gateway, Workspaces, and Deployment Pipelines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
