🔑 Key Responsibilities
Administer, configure, maintain, monitor, patch, and troubleshoot enterprise middleware platforms.
Support Red Hat JBoss BAM/BPM, IBM WebSphere 8.5, ActiveBatch, PSPDF, OccuCoder, JMeter, and related technologies.
Manage application deployments, batch scheduling, integrations, interfaces, and production operations.
Monitor system availability, capacity, performance, logs, and alerts; troubleshoot and resolve production incidents.
Perform performance and load testing using JMeter and identify system bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with developers, cloud engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
Support upgrades, security patching, configuration changes, disaster recovery, and change-management activities.
Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, configuration documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
Support middleware modernization, technical-debt remediation, and platform replacement initiatives.
Provide knowledge transfer and mentor technical staff on middleware administration and operations.
