Your future duties and responsibilities
How you'll make an impact
- Work alongside our clients and project teams to support the implementation of our Advantage solutions
- Evaluate and validate as-is client processes
- Documenting future state business processes
- Assisting in the development of policies and procedures
- Facilitating the alignment of collaborators to develop future state vision/value definitions
- Designing, developing, delivering and/or managing multi-channel communications
- Supporting the development of benefits realization strategies
- Assisting in the formation and management of change champion networks in client organizations
- Presenting to and advising client leaders, managers, and supervisors
- Ensuring end-user readiness through checklists and other tools/templates
- Collecting metrics and monitoring change progress and completion of readiness checklist items
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
What you'll bring
Successful candidates will demonstrate experience supporting change management solutions for technology, process, and/or other transformational programs with activities outlined in the list of principle responsibilities above.
- Must have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the following:
- Managing change and/or process improvements
- Research, documentation, and presentations
- Facilitation, discovery, and fit gap activities to refine organizations and processes
- Business Analysis
- Have experience working directly with clients in a consulting environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Executive level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- PowerPoint, Visio, and MS suite tools
- Work with minimal direction at client sites while operating as part of a larger team
