Senior Operations Manager

Description:

Radial, a leading B2C eCommerce fulfillment solutions provider, is seeking a high-energy Senior Operations Manager to lead fulfillment operations, including inventory management, order processing, pick/pack, and shipments. This role reports to the Site Director and requires strong labor management and forecasting skills due to volume fluctuations across multiple clients. The Senior Operations Manager will drive productivity, quality, compliance, safety, and continuous improvement, while managing and developing facility managers and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Fulfillment Operations Group to meet goals in order processing, inventory, quality, cost, and process improvements

• Influence corporate strategic plans alongside Site Director

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Foster a strong safety culture

• Set and achieve productivity and quality goals at various intervals

• Manage, train, and develop facility managers and supervisors

• Drive continuous cost-effective operational improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 5-10 years managerial experience in relevant operational areas

• Experience with 3PL operations required

• Strong leadership, motivation, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to handle stress and maintain operational continuity in a dynamic environment

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and basic computer skills

• Knowledge of safety and ergonomic best practices

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
