Skale Egenkapital is expanding SEK Knowledge — our Consulting-as-a-Service platform for strategic advisory.

We are inviting experienced professionals to join as Partner-Advisors: individuals ready to build their own consulting portfolio with full support from our platform, mentorship, and tools. This is not a job — it’s an entrepreneurial opportunity. You’ll be coached, trained, and co-sell with us to acquire your own clients and develop your consulting business under the SEK Knowledge brand.

Who We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, strategic planning, business growth, innovation, or investment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to lead conversations with SME and scale-up clients
• Comfortable operating independently, with support and guidance
• Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus)
