Description:
Chime is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior People Development Partner to join their growing People Development team. This role focuses on strengthening individual performance, enabling high-performing teams, and reinforcing Chime’s culture through impactful learning experiences. You will design, implement, and continuously improve development programs that foster ownership, grit, trust, and collaboration.
This hybrid role combines strategic learning design with hands-on delivery, working closely with People Partners, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Design and implement company-wide development strategies aligned with business priorities (e.g., AI Fluency, Culture of Feedback).
Partner with People Partners and business leaders to co-create team effectiveness solutions tailored to organizational needs.
Deliver and iterate scalable learning solutions across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to career growth and change navigation.
Facilitate leadership enablement and train-the-trainer programs to empower leaders to embed development within teams.
Ensure learning experiences are inclusive, accessible, and delivered through blended methods (live, cohort, digital, AI tools, peer-based).
Measure and report program effectiveness, using data and feedback for continuous improvement.
Manage external learning partners and platforms to scale delivery and maintain high-quality learning experiences.
Evaluate and sunset legacy programs to reflect evolving business and employee needs.
Led end-to-end employee development initiatives across diverse populations, with a focus on team performance and cross-functional enablement.
Deep knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and engagement strategies.
Strong facilitation skills; experience leading team-based learning and workshops.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive adoption of learning solutions.
Proficiency with learning platforms (e.g., Docebo) and design tools (e.g., Articulate).
Data-informed mindset, using analytics to design, pilot, and iterate programs.
Builder’s mindset with ability to create programs from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development; high-growth tech/fintech experience preferred.
