Bulwark Management Consultants is looking for an experienced Senior Performance Engineer** for a long-term contract opportunity with our client.

Location: Dallas, TX (Dallas-area local candidates only)
Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days onsite (Monday–Thursday)
Experience:10–12 Years
Rate: $61/hour
Visa: GC / H1B / H4 EAD
Mandatory: Valid US Driver's License
Openings: 1

Key Skills Required:
• Strong hands-on experience with **LoadRunner for performance testing
• Performance monitoring & diagnostics using Splunk and AppDynamics
• Service virtualization: **CA DevTest** (Mountebank preferred)
• Performance scripting, execution, monitoring, analysis & reporting
• Strong root-cause analysis and performance bottleneck troubleshooting
• Scripting knowledge: Python / Java / Shell
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, AWS, Git & Artifactory
• Experience with capacity testing, workload modeling & hybrid-cloud applications

Important Requirements:
✅ Must currently reside in the Dallas, TX area
✅ Must be comfortable working onsite 4 days a week
✅ Must be available for **2 face-to-face interview rounds**
✅ Must be comfortable with the proposed contract engagement and rate
