As Senior Product Manager – Platform & Workflows, you will lead the development of key features for an enterprise-grade AI governance platform. Your work will focus on designing user-friendly, configurable workflows and building foundational platform capabilities that help organizations manage AI systems at scale. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of technology, ethics, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and refine configurable workflows for AI governance, ensuring scalability and ease of use.
• Build core capabilities, including entitlements, authentication, and permissions.
• Engage directly with customers to validate ideas, gather feedback, and align the product roadmap with real-world needs.
• Partner with engineering, design, and research teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize governance workflows to meet enterprise needs and lay the groundwork for future scalability.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in product management, ideally within enterprise SaaS, with a focus on workflow automation or platform configurability.
• Familiarity with AI governance or tools in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance space.
• Strong project management and detail orientation.
• Proficiency in stakeholder communication, especially with senior leadership.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
