Senior Project Engineer

Description:

Pacific International is partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturing organization that specializes in consumer goods. They are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join a key manufacturing facility and lead continuous improvement initiatives while managing capital projects.

The ideal candidate is an agile, cross-functional project leader with a strong continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Manage multiple capital projects using the stage-gate process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
📌 Achieve financial targets for capital projects while maintaining project controls for cost, scope, and schedule.
📌 Develop execution strategies, including vendor selection, procurement, installation, and start-up.
📌 Lead root cause analysis for nonconformances and implement corrective and preventive actions.
📌 Provide on-site manufacturing support, working closely with operators and management.
📌 Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance yield, productivity, and performance metrics.

Key Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
✔ 3-5 years of process engineering experience with a proven track record.
