Senior Project Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee healthcare architectural projects focusing on Health Care Accessibility Initiative (HCAi) standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget, while maintaining high quality and compliance with OSHPD regulations. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage teams and communicate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Lead and manage healthcare projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to HCAi standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Facilitate communication between clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including OSHPD standards.
• Review and approve design documents and plans in accordance with NCARB and AIA guidelines.
   

Qualifications
 

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management within the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of HCAi and OSHPD regulations.
• Proficiency in Revit and other design software.
• NCARB certification and AIA membership preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
