The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale construction projects, ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record of successfully managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing budgets, and maintaining positive client relationships. This role demands an individual with a strong sense of ownership, who can drive productivity, motivate teams, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage interdisciplinary teams to deliver complex construction projects from initiation to close-out.

• Actively oversee project safety and quality control activities to maintain high standards.

• Take responsibility for project staffing, budget control, and financial reporting.

• Participate in bid package development, pre-qualification processes, and budget preparation.

• Conduct and lead preconstruction meetings while addressing RFIs effectively.

• Identify, analyze, and manage project risks, including long-lead materials and equipment that may impact cash flow or schedule.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners.

• Analyze project delivery approaches, develop alternative strategies, and implement effective solutions.

• Oversee project close-out activities and ensure smooth claim resolution.

• Serve as the main contact for senior leadership regarding critical business initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in construction project management.

• Expertise in estimating, scheduling, budgeting, field supervision, and financial reporting.

• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.

• Ability to relocate may be required for specific projects.
