Description:

This pivotal role directly contributes to the company’s mission of improving global health outcomes by ensuring seamless operational execution, external partnerships, and high-impact strategic initiatives.
As the Senior Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end execution of critical projects that drive operational excellence, efficiency, and timely delivery across the organization. You will work cross-functionally with multiple departments, including Operations, Pharmacy Partners, Systems Product teams, and CareOps, while serving as the key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage strategic initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, milestone achievement, and high-quality project deliverables.
Develop, manage, and enhance relationships with external pharmacy partners, establishing standardized processes, KPIs, and best practices.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, driving performance and ensuring alignment with operational goals and customer delivery timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Pharmacy Operations, Systems, CareOps, and Product—to balance customer, business, and clinical priorities.
Track and communicate project progress, challenges, and risks to Operations leadership, maintaining transparency and proactive issue resolution.
Analyze performance data, identify trends, and implement improvement strategies that enhance process efficiency and customer experience.
Document decisions, workflows, and changes to support continuous improvement and operational clarity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
8–10+ years of experience in Project Management or Operations Management, ideally within order management or a dynamic business environment.
Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
Strong communication skills, with experience presenting complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational levels, from executive leadership to operational teams.
Analytical mindset with experience synthesizing complex data into actionable insights.
Experience balancing quantitative and qualitative decision-making in a high-growth environment.
