As a Senior Project Manager, you will serve as the driving force behind innovation and collaboration, guiding teams through design, documentation, permitting, and construction phases. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery: Manage all phases of project execution, including contract management, design development, documentation, permitting, and construction administration.

• Ensure design excellence: Oversee technical and creative aspects of architectural and engineering design to achieve client and project objectives.

• Manage budgets and schedules: Prepare and track internal budgets, develop fee proposals, conduct earned-value analysis, and ensure financial targets are met.

• Mentor and lead teams: Inspire and guide multidisciplinary project teams to perform at the highest standards of creativity and professionalism.

• Client and stakeholder engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project goals.

• Foster collaboration: Encourage seamless coordination among architects, engineers, and construction professionals to deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Implement technology effectively: Utilize tools such as Autodesk Revit, Microsoft 365, and Bluebeam to streamline workflows and enhance project management efficiency.

• Drive innovation: Promote forward-thinking approaches to design and project execution, turning ambitious concepts into successful realities.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or Engineering.

• Licensure: Active professional licensure such as NCARB (Architect), PE (Engineer), or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

• Experience: At least 10 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry with demonstrated success managing large-scale or complex projects.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Autodesk Revit, Microsoft 365, and Bluebeam, with the ability to integrate these platforms into daily operations.

• Soft Skills:
