Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and lead construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, tenant improvements, and project management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address issues
- Mentor and lead junior project team members, fostering a collaborative work environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
- Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects and tenant improvements
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- PMP certification is a plus
