Senior Python Developer

Description:

Quantum World Technologies is actively seeking a Senior Python Developer for a full-time onsite role in Santa Clara, CA. This is a quick interview process opportunity for experienced Python professionals with strong hands-on development skills and modern backend architecture knowledge. Local California candidates are preferred, and C2C candidates will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and WebSocket-based APIs

• Handle database management across PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL technologies

• Implement asynchronous programming, multithreading, and multiprocessing

• Debug, profile, and optimize performance for Python-based systems

• Contribute to prompt engineering and design for LLM-powered applications

• Utilize WebSockets and event-driven architecture for real-time processing

• Apply AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn in projects

• Continuously learn and adapt to new tools and evolving technologies

• Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready code

Required Skills:

• Deep expertise in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)

• Knowledge of AI/ML tools and LLM prompt engineering

• Proficiency in database systems (SQL/NoSQL)

• Experience with asynchronous processing, WebSockets, and event-driven design

• Strong problem-solving abilities and independent task ownership
