🔹 Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Python Developer to help build and enhance a firmwide AI Development Platform. This platform will enable enterprise teams to develop and deploy AI-powered applications while ensuring efficiency, consistency, security, governance, and scalability.
🔹 Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of overall software engineering, design, and development experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining production-grade Python applications or libraries.
Strong Python skills, including type annotations, automated testing, static analysis, and idiomatic coding practices.
Production development experience in a statically typed language such as Java or C#.
Strong knowledge of software design principles, data structures, dependency injection, and inversion of control.
Experience designing modular, maintainable, readable, and well-tested production code.
Hands-on experience with TDD, unit testing, and integration testing.
Experience designing and maintaining APIs and SDKs.
Experience developing, managing, and deploying Kubernetes workloads.
Strong understanding of multiprocessing, multithreading, asynchronous I/O, and performance profiling.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitOps, and Agile practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
🔹 Nice-to-Have Skills
Cloud deployment experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
OAuth 2.0 authentication and authorization.
OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, and Cortex.
Microservices architecture and public/private cloud standards.
SQL, Redis, Kafka, and other database technologies.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, embeddings, and vector databases.
Strong understanding of AI agents, Agentic Orchestration, and Multi-Agent Workflow Automation.
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or Microsoft Agent Framework.
Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) techniques.
