My Direct Client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Senior Real Estate Attorney with commercial real estate finance experience to join their team at one of their offices in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, or Florida.

Location: Onsite in NYC, Hackensack, Baltimore, Boca Raton, or Palm Beach Position: Full-Time
Role Type: Fulltime
Visa: USC, GC, GC-EAD or Any Other Independent Visa (Candidate must be able to work for any employer)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead commercial real estate finance transactions, including lender and borrower-side transactions
Work on leverage transactions, preferred equity, and joint ventures
Communicate directly with clients to provide legal guidance and strategy
Handle complex real estate finance matters with a focus on commercial deals

Qualifications:
Bar admission in one or more states where the Firm has offices and where the candidate desires to be resident
Strong academic credentials
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to handle sophisticated real estate finance transactions and advise clients with confidence
Commercial real estate finance experience, especially on lender/borrower side, is required
