Harnham, a global leader in Data & AI recruitment, is hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant for its New York office with a focus on new business development and full-desk recruitment. This is a high-impact, performance-driven role ideal for experienced recruiters passionate about growing client bases and delivering top-tier talent in the rapidly evolving data and artificial intelligence space.

As part of the Harnham team, you will own your desk, develop deep expertise in the Data & AI recruitment landscape, and build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike. While prior experience in Data & AI is not required, a relentless drive, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in Data & AI recruitment.

• Drive proactive business development through cold outreach, lead generation, networking events, and client visits.

• Source top-tier candidates through headhunting, referrals, and strategic database searches.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through transparent, consultative communication.

• Uphold and model Harnham’s values and performance standards in your daily work.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly base salary starting at $66k
