As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll focus on building and maintaining relationships within the data market. Your day-to-day will include:

- Candidate Sourcing: Using headhunting techniques, market mapping, and networking to find top-tier candidates.
- Account Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors, ensuring smooth processes from onboarding through contract renewal.
- Market Expertise: Staying up to date with industry trends to provide informed advice and insights to clients and candidates alike.
