Senior Russian Language Analyst

Description:

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking a Senior Russian Cryptologic Language Analyst to support cyber and intelligence operations at Fort Meade, MD. This role is part of the Warfare Systems group, which includes cyber, mission IT, electronic warfare, and C5ISR systems. The analyst will process language materials/data, providing critical intelligence to support national security missions. The role requires TS/SCI with Poly clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scan, sort, and categorize foreign language written and verbal materials

• Translate and transcribe complex materials between Russian and English

• Perform quality control on language processing activities

• Compile and maintain operational work aids and databases

• Draft intelligence reports based on analysis of language materials

Qualifications:

• Strong Russian language skills with ILR Level 3 proficiency in audio and text translation

• Experience in cryptologic language processing, including QC and mentoring

• 10-15 years preferred, including translation as a native speaker or formal language education

• Ability to perform crypto-related tasks, including target development, network analysis, and speaker/language identification

• Must possess and maintain TS/SCI with Poly clearance
