The company is seeking a Senior Sales Strategy Analyst to join its Emerging Strategy & Frontiers team within Sales Planning & Strategy. This high-impact, strategic role is ideal for analytical professionals passionate about building infrastructure and delivering data-driven insights that shape the go-to-market (GTM) success of emerging products.
The selected candidate will operate in a fast-paced, 0→1 environment — building foundational systems, designing new processes, and enabling leadership teams to make informed decisions that accelerate Samsara’s next phase of growth.
Build foundational reporting systems for prospecting, pipeline management, and sales performance tracking for the Emerging Product Specialist team.
Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Product, and Marketing teams by delivering data insights, analytics, and dashboards that inform GTM strategies.
Design, build, and scale reporting infrastructure using SQL (Databricks), Salesforce dashboards, and Tableau for executive-level reporting.
Develop activation target lists and perform customer segmentation to optimize emerging product performance and learning cycles.
Lead target setting and performance measurement across key organizational metrics to enhance product adoption and long-term growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leaders, translating data insights into actionable strategies.
Serve as a thought leader for systems-building and process optimization using AI-driven analytics models.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in an analytical, business operations, or strategic role.
Strong proficiency in SQL (Databricks experience preferred).
Hands-on experience building reports and dashboards using Salesforce and Tableau or similar BI tools.
Demonstrated ability to design and scale business processes in ambiguous or high-growth environments.
Excellent communication and influencing skills to work effectively with cross-functional leaders.
Prior experience in high-growth SaaS or B2B sales organizations.
Familiarity with AI-driven analytics, predictive modeling, or data automation.
Background in intrapreneurial initiatives—building startup-like models within large enterprises.
