We are seeking highly experienced professionals with strong business analysis, Salesforce platform expertise, stakeholder management, and government project experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for Salesforce implementation projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and government agencies to understand business needs.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification or other relevant Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Salesforce Platform implementations.
- Experience working on public-sector IT projects.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Project.
- Experience with government project documentation, reporting, and compliance processes.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Candidate Requirements:

- 14+ years of overall professional experience.
- Must be local to New Jersey or New York.
- Any visa status accepted except CPT and OPT.
- GC candidates must have a minimum of 18+ years of overall experience.
- Strong Salesforce Business Analysis experience.
- Public-sector experience preferred.
