Senior Sap Slcm Consultant

Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP SLcM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in SAP SLcM functional solutions architecture and at least Two end-to-end implementation. This role requires extensive knowledge of Student Lifecycle Management processes and strong skills in system design, configuration, customization,integration, testing, and support.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and execute end-to-end SAP SLcM Trainings for end users

· Design training plan, UAT plan for SAP SLcM and execute trainings.

· Design and architect SAP SLcM functional solutions to meet business requirements.

· Configure and customize SAP SLcM modules, ensuring seamless integration with FICA and other SAP modules.

· Conduct thorough testing and provide post-implementation support.

· Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system design, configuration, and processes.

· Perform gap analysis and develop strategic roadmaps/blueprints for SAP SLcM implementations.

· Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design future state solutions ,and develop relevant objects within the process scope.

· Provide client-facing consulting engagements, demonstrating excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ensure successful teamwork and demonstrate leadership abilities within project teams.

Job Requirements

· Minimum of 8+ years of experience in SAP SLcM functional solutions architecture.

· Proven experience with at least one end-to-end SAP SLcM implementation.

· Strong knowledge of complete Student Lifecycle Management processes, including Student Master Data, Academic Structure, Student Grading, Graduation, and other business lifecycle processes.

· Experience in cross-module integration with FICA is preferred.

· Proficient in all aspects of system implementation, including gathering requirements, designing future state solutions, developing objects, testing,and post-implementation support.

· Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development.

· Strong client-facing consulting experience.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Proven ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrated leader shipabilities.
