Senior Software Engineer

Description:

JOB DUTIES: Design, develop, and maintain more complex features of an application; Ensure understanding of issues and presents clear rationale; Test the developed service, performing unit testing and functional testing as needed; Take ownership of projects and see that any bugs are handled quickly and appropriately; Refactor code from legacy systems to adhere to current standards and conventions.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related software engineering occupation.

Applicants must have demonstrated experience in the following skills:

• MySQL and RDBMS
• Designing, implementing, and supporting cloud-based applications (using either AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Java Spring framework
• PHP Laravel framework
• JavaScript and either Vue.js, React, or AngularJS
• and Version control flow systems (GIT) and unit testing frameworks (JUnit).
