Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and robust web applications and backend services.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Take ownership of critical components and features, from architectural decisions to implementation and deployment.

• Identify performance bottlenecks, optimize system reliability, and improve the efficiency of backend processes.

• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to technical documentation and standards.

• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and programming techniques relevant to the company's stack.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in modern programming languages such as JavaScript (Node.js), Python, Ruby, or Go.

• Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of best practices in CI/CD, version control (Git), and automated testing frameworks.

• Proven ability to design and scale complex software systems with clean and maintainable code.

• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
