Description:

CoreWeave, recognized as an AI Hyperscaler™ and one of TIME100’s most influential companies of 2024, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Kubernetes to join its dynamic team. In this senior role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the availability, reliability, and scalability of one of the industry’s largest Kubernetes environments. You will lead efforts in operational excellence, automation, and system optimization to support demanding AI-powered workloads at scale.

Key responsibilities include building and scaling Kubernetes-based production infrastructure, developing automation and infrastructure as code (mainly in Go), implementing monitoring and observability solutions using tools such as Grafana and Prometheus, managing incident response, and engineering systems for resiliency and fault tolerance. You will mentor other engineers, advocate for best practices in reliability and security, and contribute to custom Kubernetes operators and orchestration frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-uptime, customer-facing systems, expertise in Kubernetes administration and container orchestration, strong proficiency in Go, Bash, and Linux systems, and a proactive mindset toward automation and performance optimization.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 17000–20200 USD/month
