Our client, a leading GenAI innovator, is on an exciting 2.0 journey and expanding their sales team. The company is profitable, publicly traded, and rapidly growing in the Generative AI space. They are seeking several Pre-Sales professionals in the US to support Account Executives (AEs) by leveraging their strong pre-sales skills, technical acumen, and business acumen to drive successful sales cycles. This role is an excellent opportunity to work in an innovative, fast-paced environment while playing a critical role in the company's growth.
Support Account Executives (AEs) with pre-sales activities, including deep discovery, data wrangling, and custom product demonstrations.
Collaborate with AEs to help close complex sales deals at the enterprise level.
Provide expertise in B2B and B2C SaaS solutions, especially related to customer experience (CX), customer service, e-commerce, content management, and search.
Drive the technical sales process by delivering high-quality product demos and technical presentations to prospective clients.
Utilize programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, APIs) to conduct deep discovery, customize product demonstrations, and engage with clients on technical aspects.
Leverage AI/ML and Generative AI knowledge to stay at the forefront of emerging technologies.
Support solution architects and consultants by providing technical input for sales proposals.
Travel within the US (~30%-40% of the time), most likely in-region.
Essential Job Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in a SaaS Pre-Sales capacity, including roles like Pre-sales Engineer, Solution Architect, Senior Solution Engineer, Professional Services, Consultant, or similar.
Expertise in B2B and B2C SaaS solutions, particularly in CX, Customer Service, e-commerce, content management, or search.
Passion for AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.
Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and familiarity with APIs (Postman) for deep discovery and customized demos.
Formal sales training (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC, BANT, Force Management, Solution Selling, etc.).
Experience selling enterprise-level platforms, not point solutions, especially large and complex deals.
Strong tenure in previous positions, demonstrating reliability and experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, or Science preferred.
Base Salary: Commensurate with experience.
