Senior Solutions Architect

Description:

Senior Consultant is a client-facing role that combines project management, business analysis, solutioning and team management. The Senior Consultant will be involved in the pre-sales, post-sales, implementation and support phases for services and solutions, and act as the technical adviser in the pre-sales/discovery process. The Senior Consultant is expected to provide the key leadership role across their projects and accounts, from a solution, client scope and expectation management and project delivery. Key responsibilities include:

Solution Management:

• Analyze client require ments and develop tailored solutions to address their business challenges.
• Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring they align with client expectations and industry best practices.
• Provide thought leadership and expertise in relevant industry sectors.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of solutions, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.

Project Management:

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
