Responsibilities
- Monitors and reports on supply chain project requirements, including material supply, transportation, and discrepancies, and field laydown yards, to support operational performance and decision-making.
- Collaborates with key supply chain and procurement stakeholders to support material planning and prioritization activities, working closely with teams to source and expedite critical materials.
- Maintains data integrity and reporting for key metrics (e.g., materials movement and handling time/efficiency, loss reporting, stock levels, and safety incident performance) to track operational performance and evaluate potential risks.
- Conducts root cause analysis of performance issues and proposes initiatives to optimize operational activities, driving continuous improvement and cost savings.
- Provides strategic recommendations and reports to management throughout the supply chain and procurement teams to support informed decision-making and align with organizational goals. Leverages expertise in data and cost analysis to monitor and track the performance of operations, identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and develop actionable insights to drive operational excellence.
- Works directly with various suppliers at tactical levels to maintain effective supplier relationships, fostering open communication, collaboration, and mutual success.
- Identifies and implements supplier performance goals related leveraging data-driven insights to drive improvements.

Minimum Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in supply chain sourcing, supplier relationship management, and process optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Production & Inventory Control, Business, or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or a related analytical role.
- Experience managing inventory performance, including forecasting, demand variability analysis, and identification of supply chain risks.
- Demonstrated experience developing and recommending inventory stocking strategies (e.g., safety stock, min/max levels, service levels).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, lookups) to develop data-driven analyses, reporting, and presentations.
- Experience working with SAP, EWM, or similar ERP systems to manage inventory, materials, and supply chain transactions.
- Experience managing and maintaining MRP (Material Requirements Planning) parameters, including safety stock, reorder points, lot sizing, and lead times.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing demand signals and operational requirements to optimize MRP settings and ensure material availability.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (e.g., field operations, planning, procurement) to translate business needs into system configurations and process improvements.
- Experience in utility, manufacturing, or similarly complex supply chain environments.
- Demonstrated experience mining, consolidating, and analyzing data from multiple sources to support decision-making.
- Experience managing multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience working on cross-functional projects and applying structured problem-solving or project management methodologies.
