Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive staffing and recruiting programs, ensuring alignment with workforce planning goals
- Oversee the recruiting lifecycle within iCIMS while maintaining compliance with EEO, ADA and all relevant employment laws
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and maintain accurate and compelling job descriptions and requirements
- Source, attract, and screen qualified candidates through proactive outreach and database mining
- Conduct resume reviews, candidate interviews, reference checks, and background investigations
- Negotiate compensation packages and extend offers in alignment with internal equity and market benchmarks
- Create, analyze, and present recruiting metrics and performance reports
- Coordinate employment advertising campaigns, leveraging both digital and traditional platforms
- Support college recruiting efforts and assist in implementing career development programs
- Ensure staffing strategies are aligned with long-term business objectives and diversity goals
- Maintain current knowledge of employment regulations and best practices
- Travel as needed to attend job fairs, college events, and recruiting engagements
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
- Must have experience with DoD and Federal Government Recruiting
- Bachelor’s degree is required and a minimum of 8 years of recruiting/staffing experience (Or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience)
- Proven experience with AI-driven recruitment tools and automation throughout the hiring cycle
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), especially iCIMS
- Strong capability in sourcing strategies, talent pipeline development, and offer negotiation
- Experience interpreting and applying employment law and compliance standards (EEO, ADA, OFCCP)
- Ability to solve complex staffing challenges using analytical thinking and data-driven decisions
