What You’ll Do
 

• Manage and develop trusted relationships with high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates
• Review and oversee complex individual, trust, estate, and partnership tax returns
• Identify and implement tax planning and advisory opportunities for clients
• Serve as a strategic advisor by understanding client goals and providing proactive solutions
• Mentor and develop staff members while contributing to a strong team culture
• Collaborate with firm leadership to enhance client service, processes, and practice growth
   

What You Bring
 

• CPA or EA designation required
• 8+ years of progressive tax experience
• Strong background in individual and trust taxation
• Experience supporting high-net-worth clients or private client services preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentm
