As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll work under the guidance of seasoned leadership and collaborate with a talented team to deliver client-focused recruitment solutions while playing a pivotal role in the agency’s continued success. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development skills, a passion for technology, and a results-driven mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement candidate attraction strategies for major tech clients across the U.S.

  • Win and retain new business through proactive client outreach and relationship management

  • Build strong commitment and trust with both clients and candidates

  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience with effective process and expectation management

  • Maintain high standards of communication, collaboration, and administrative organization

  • Contribute to a thriving, fast-paced recruitment environment with a strong team ethic


Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven billing success in a recruitment consultancy role

  • Exceptional client and candidate management skills

  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational capabilities

  • Highly efficient in managing workload and prioritizing in a dynamic environment

  • Strong administrative discipline and attention to detail

  • A collaborative team player who thrives under pressure
