As part of EY’s SAP practice, you will contribute to Agile Business Transformation initiatives by helping clients optimize their supply chain, logistics, and transportation operations using SAP Transportation Management (TM). The position is ideal for professionals who thrive on solving complex business challenges and delivering end-to-end technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their business models, operational processes, and technology requirements.

• Analyze business challenges and design SAP TM solutions aligned with clients’ strategic goals.

• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure seamless SAP TM implementation and integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

• Participate in solution blueprinting, system configuration, testing, documentation, and user training.

• Ensure all system solutions meet business needs and deliver measurable performance improvements.

• Manage client relationships, monitor project progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to adapt to dynamic project environments.

• Ensure compliance with EY’s quality standards and client expectations.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience working with SAP Transportation Management (TM).

• Experience in at least one full cycle SAP implementation.

• Prior consulting or project delivery experience preferred.

Certifications (Preferred):

• SAP certification(s) related to TM or Supply Chain Management.
