Senior Technology Implementation Professional

Description:

The Senior Technology Implementation Professional gathers and documents business system and functional requirements, influences system design to optimize support and ensures solutions meet the business objectives and requirements. Completes and/or coordinates implementation of technical and process design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and facilitates transition to the appropriate production support model. The insights you provide will influence the department’s strategy and help define best practices and design standards. As a Senior Technology Implementation Professional, you will make decisions on technical approach for projects that range in complexity. In this role, you will also provide technical expertise and guidance on process design in partnership with team members and business partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Understand, translate, and document end user requirements for system enhancements or new system implementation

• Validate through comprehensive testing that technical solutions delivered meet business requirements

• Lead discussions, trainings, demos, and work side by side with FP&A to remove barriers to implementation of technical solution

• Prioritize work to meet deliverables and keep project work on critical path

• Make connections across multiple customers to align appropriate use of technology to teams with similar needs

• Provide ongoing production support for financial planning and reporting applications, responding to production support issues timely and monitoring scheduled jobs for successful completion and reconciliation to source

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Computer Engineering, or a related field

• Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies and artifacts development

• Experience problem solving and consulting teams or stakeholders within complex environments

• Facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts

• Strong aptitude for communication with the ability to tailor the message to the audience

• Must have proven customer-centric mindset
