Senior Technology Lead

Humana Inc., a leading healthcare organization dedicated to putting health first, is seeking an Anaplan OWP Senior Technology Lead to design, implement, and maintain scalable Anaplan planning solutions. This role is central to driving workforce optimization, financial forecasting, sales planning, and operational workforce planning initiatives.

As the Senior Technology Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, oversee Anaplan model design, and ensure adherence to industry best practices. This position offers the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making processes, lead large-scale implementation projects, and contribute to Humana’s mission of enhancing consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Anaplan models aligned with business goals.

• Develop scalable and high-performance Anaplan solutions following best practices.

• Design business logic and integration workflows within the Anaplan ecosystem.

• Act as a technical lead and coordinate with offshore teams for project execution.

• Provide technical guidance during Anaplan implementation and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.

• Translate complex business requirements into functional Anaplan specifications.

• Drive continuous improvement using Agile methodology and promote best practices in Anaplan development.

• Ensure data integrity, support user acceptance testing, and conduct user training programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• 5+ years of technical experience with Anaplan OWP and related modules.

• Strong expertise in unit testing, integration, and technical leadership.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.

• Passion for improving consumer experiences through technology-driven solutions.

Preferred:

• PMP certification, MBA, or advanced degree.

• Six Sigma certification.

• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects and technology solution assessments.

Work-At-Home Requirements:

• High-speed DSL or cable modem (25 Mbps download x 10 Mbps upload minimum).

• Satellite and wireless internet are not permitted.

• Dedicated workspace with no ongoing interruptions to ensure HIPAA compliance.

• Occasional travel may be required for meetings or training.
