Blue Chip Talent is actively seeking a creative and strategic Senior UX Writer to join its in-vehicle digital experience team onsite in Palo Alto, CA. This position is ideal for a seasoned writer with a strong background in crafting user-centered content for automotive interfaces, mobile apps, and web platforms. The role centers on shaping compelling user journeys by blending brand voice with intuitive UX principles across digital and physical touchpoints in the vehicle ecosystem.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, contribute to concept development, manage content strategy, and ensure linguistic consistency and clarity in every interaction—from splash screens to calls-to-action.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to develop content from early concept to final execution

• Write clear, concise, and engaging UX copy that aligns with brand voice and enhances the in-vehicle user experience

• Strategically guide users across platforms (vehicle interfaces, mobile apps, web purchase flows) with thoughtful microcopy and system-level messaging

• Master product features and translate complex concepts into accessible, user-friendly language

• Contribute to and evolve the copy system to create consistency across product touchpoints

• Participate in content-related projects including naming conventions, product feature positioning, and copy guidelines

• Shape and influence UX decisions by considering both business goals and user needs

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UX writing for brands or digital products

• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end content for digital experiences, with emphasis on clarity, engagement, and strategic thinking

• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Google Suite, Jira, and Confluence

• Ability to clearly present work, explain content decisions, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders

• Familiarity with conducting research to define verbal strategies and test content effectiveness

• Demonstrated experience in working under tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects
