Senior Video Network Operations

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network/System Engineer with deep expertise in the broadcast and OTT (Over-the-Top) streaming domain. This role will support live video streaming services in a high-pressure, mission-critical environment. You will act as a subject matter expert, troubleshooting complex issues in real-time and coordinating end-to-end incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and troubleshoot live audio/video streams to ensure uninterrupted service

• Lead major incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions

• Escalate, triage, and manage incidents from identification through to resolution

• Collaborate closely with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders

• Maintain and update SOPs, technical documentation, and post-mortem reports

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

• Familiarity with ITIL practices and incident management standards

• A passion for American sports events is a bonus
