SQA Services, Inc., a premier leader in managed supplier quality services for nearly three decades, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Delivery Coordinator II to join its dynamic team. This remote position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a global organization specializing in audits, inspections, corrective actions, and quality assurance across industries including aerospace, automotive, medical, and energy.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in coordinating the delivery of quality assurance services by aligning auditor capacity, maintaining engagement, ensuring compliance with SQA’s operational standards, and managing performance metrics. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills to effectively support internal teams and external auditors around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align auditor capacity and skills with client demand to ensure optimal resource utilization.

  • Maintain auditor engagement, retention, and performance metrics to uphold service quality standards.

  • Facilitate onboarding and training for new auditors, ensuring understanding of SQA procedures and compliance requirements.

  • Review and update auditor resumes and qualifications before audit assignments and on an annual basis.

  • Utilize performance scorecards to evaluate and update auditor standing within the StepQ system.

  • Address auditor performance issues through remediation and constructive feedback.

  • Review and approve auditor timesheets for accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Manage sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Support HR and operations teams in implementing workforce planning and compliance initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).

  • Intermediate understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and employment regulations.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2+ years of HR or service coordination experience, preferably in manufacturing, consulting, or supplier quality.

  • 1+ year of experience supporting remote or distributed teams.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

  • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, systems, and processes.
