**Responsibilities:**

 

1. **Leadership and Team Management:**

- Provide strong leadership and guidance to our talented team, fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and teamwork.

- Recruit, train, and mentor staff members to ensure the highest standards of service and hospitality are consistently met.

- Set clear expectations, delegate tasks effectively, and provide ongoing feedback and support to promote individual and team growth.

 

2. **Guest Experience:**

- Oversee all aspects of the guest experience, ensuring that service is impeccable and that guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their visit.

- Actively engage with guests to solicit feedback, address concerns, and exceed expectations, maintaining the restaurant's reputation for exceptional hospitality.

- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure that food quality, presentation, and consistency consistently meet the highest standards.

 

3. **Operational Management:**

- Manage all day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and financial performance.

- Develop and implement efficient operational procedures to optimize productivity, minimize waste, and enhance overall efficiency.

- Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.

 

4. **Financial Performance:**

- Work closely with the ownership and finance team to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets.

- Implement strategies to drive revenue growth, increase profitability, and control costs while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

- Analyze financial reports and performance data to make informed decisions and adjustments as needed.

 

5. **Community Engagement and Marketing:**

- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community to foster goodwill and drive repeat business.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional initiatives, events, and partnerships to attract new customers and enhance brand awareness.

- Represent the restaurant at industry events, networking opportunities, and community gatherings to further elevate its reputation and visibility.

 

**Qualifications:**

 

- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in an upscale, Michelin-starred restaurant environment.

- Deep understanding of fine dining service standards, wine knowledge, and culinary trends.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

- Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office suite.

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
