Service Inside Sales Representative

Description:

We are currently seeking a Service Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible for developing new business, converting existing warranty business, retaining current contract customers and selling new services.

This position is located in Indianapolis IN and will be an on-site role.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
 

• Full-service Sales responsibility for defined agreement base.
• Drive improvement in contract renewal, service warranty and Unit Add business including timeliness of developing new business, warranty conversion, contract renewal and selling new services.
• Develop key metrics to demonstrate quantifiable results (Funnel management, Forecasting and planning)
   

Requirements
 

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Science, engineering relevant field.
• 2 to 5 years of work experience in sales, account management or customer service.
• Experience in sales forecasting, account mapping and planning.
