Description:
BravoTECH is seeking a ServiceNow Developer / Administrator to join its dynamic technology team in a fast-paced Agile environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, administering, and maintaining multiple FedRamp ServiceNow instances, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, system integrations, and workflow automation, along with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective IT solutions.
As a key member of the ServiceNow platform team, you will configure, customize, and optimize ServiceNow applications while supporting incident resolution, platform monitoring, and system upgrades. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to impactful IT transformation projects across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, develop, and customize the ServiceNow platform, including routine updates and enhancements.
Provision, install, operate, and maintain ServiceNow environments, ensuring high availability and security.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly system monitoring and verify application integrity and availability.
Collaborate with platform and delivery teams to manage ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and system updates.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and administrative tools to support business functions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple instances.
Partner with cross-functional teams—architects, business analysts, developers, and product owners—to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily scrums and sprint reviews.
Document system configurations, administrative processes, and issue resolutions.
Support production and non-production environments with proactive monitoring and maintenance.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow platform administration experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with ServiceNow applications, including Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog, ITOM/CMDB.
Strong system administration and JavaScript development skills.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve performance-related issues.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
Preference for candidates with Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications for SPM and/or APM.
Desired Skills:
ServiceNow Development, Administration, and Integration expertise.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification preferred.
Knowledge of ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 frameworks.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
