Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional dining experiences.

• Serve food and handle cash register transactions accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant according to operational standards.

• Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality food while adhering to safety procedures.

• Work in multiple areas including front counter, drive-through, or kitchen.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals in a positive and energetic work environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-focused attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

• Prior food service or operations experience is a plus but not required.

• Some high school education preferred.

• Food Handler certification may be required depending on local laws (can be obtained after hire).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

• Must be able to:

  • Stand for long periods (up to 4 hours).

  • Lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Prepare hot and cold foods using kitchen equipment.

  • Work in hot, noisy conditions with limited space.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $21 – $24 per hour (based on experience and location).
