As a Service Team Associate, you’ll play an essential role in creating an inviting and enjoyable dining experience for guests while working in a fun, fast-paced, and team-focused environment.

Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting customers warmly and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Handle food service duties such as taking orders, serving meals, and processing payments at the register.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, ensuring dining and kitchen areas meet safety and hygiene standards.
Follow all operational and safety protocols to prepare and serve high-quality food efficiently.
Collaborate closely with team members to meet daily performance goals in a supportive and engaging environment.
Work flexibly across various stations including front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen based on operational needs.
Friendly, positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills.
Basic understanding of restaurant operations (training provided for new hires).
Some high school education; diploma not required.
Food Handler certification may be required based on local laws (to be obtained at employee’s expense).
Ability to work effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to four hours).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and reach across counters measuring approximately 36 inches.
Work environment involves heat, steam, and moderate noise.
Must be able to perform duties quickly, accurately, and safely in a confined workspace.
