Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding guest experience, ensuring every customer feels valued and welcomed.

• Greet guests warmly, take and serve orders, handle payments, and ensure fast and accurate service.

• Prepare, serve, and package food items according to Panda’s quality and safety standards.

• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the restaurant and workstations.

• Follow all operational and safety procedures to ensure food freshness, quality, and compliance with health standards.

• Operate in various work areas such as front counter, kitchen, or drive-through, depending on operational needs.

• Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced, fun, and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, helpful, and team-oriented individuals with a passion for serving others.

• Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.

• Some high school education preferred.

• Food Handler certification may be required based on local regulations (can be obtained after hiring).

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

• Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to four hours).

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot, noisy, and fast-paced environments.

• Must have good communication skills and the ability to manage stressful or difficult situations professionally.

• Able to work in confined areas with limited storage space and high shelving.
