As a Service Team Associate, you will be part of a team that provides exceptional customer service, creates a welcoming environment for guests, and supports the daily operations of the restaurant.

Deliver an outstanding guest experience, ensuring every customer feels valued and welcomed.
Greet guests warmly, take and serve orders, handle payments, and ensure fast and accurate service.
Prepare, serve, and package food items according to Panda’s quality and safety standards.
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the restaurant and workstations.
Follow all operational and safety procedures to ensure food freshness, quality, and compliance with health standards.
Operate in various work areas such as front counter, kitchen, or drive-through, depending on operational needs.
Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced, fun, and supportive environment.
Friendly, helpful, and team-oriented individuals with a passion for serving others.
Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.
Some high school education preferred.
Food Handler certification may be required based on local regulations (can be obtained after hiring).
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to four hours).
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot, noisy, and fast-paced environments.
Must have good communication skills and the ability to manage stressful or difficult situations professionally.
Able to work in confined areas with limited storage space and high shelving.
