ServiceNow Application Lead (Security & Integrations)

POSITION OVERVIEW The ServiceNow Engineer will focus on Integration Platform security within the Products division. The team is responsible for designing and supporting secure, bi-directional integrations between ServiceNow and various security tools to ensure robust data flow and compliance.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and Develop ServiceNow security schemas and ACLs for Tables, Fields, and Records.
• Create and support bi-directional integrations using Scripted REST APIs.
• Manage and secure MID Servers utilized for platform integrations.
• Design and maintain automated flows related to security integrations and compliance workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with Identity and Access Management (IAM) applications.
• Utilize Integration Hub spokes for security controls and comprehensive error handling.
