Kentro (formerly IT Concepts) is seeking a highly experienced and innovative SharePoint Analytics and Visualization Specialist to join its mission-driven team supporting The Academy for Defense Intelligence (ADI) and the Office of Logistics & Global Readiness (LOG) within the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing the effectiveness of DIA’s learning and logistical operations through interactive dashboards, data modeling, and process improvement.

The selected candidate will work closely with government stakeholders, data owners, analysts, and IT professionals to translate complex data into meaningful dashboards and visual solutions that support intelligence training, logistics operations, and enterprise readiness. This role requires creative data visualization, SharePoint development, cross-team collaboration, and strong business analysis expertise.

You will support current Tableau and SharePoint-based tools while actively modernizing visual data solutions to enhance mission outcomes for global defense intelligence operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms for various organizational levels including senior executives and technical analysts.

• Collaborate directly with business users, analysts, and government personnel to gather requirements, define KPIs, and improve existing processes.

• Assist stakeholders in understanding and interpreting data for decision-making.

• Lead dashboarding strategies and visual storytelling of business insights through innovative designs.

• Analyze existing SharePoint site collections and assist with migrations or upgrades to newer versions.

• Drive automation and process improvements across SharePoint environments.

• Present findings and reports to senior executives through high-quality PowerPoint presentations.

• Continuously ensure dashboard sustainability and user adoption across departments.

• Provide technical support and communicate system statuses, issues, and enhancements clearly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in developing interactive data visualizations and dashboards.

• 3–5+ years of SharePoint administration and visualization development (SharePoint 2013, 2016, 2019).

• Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Experience migrating or upgrading SharePoint data collections.

• Advanced business analysis skills; experience identifying, defining, and improving business processes.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to senior-level leadership.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

• Proven creativity in dashboard design and data interpretation.

• Process improvement and automation background.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting U.S. Government agencies, especially the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).

• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

• Familiarity with Tableau and enterprise data environments.

• Active involvement in supporting logistics or intelligence-related platforms is a plus.

Clearance Requirement:

• Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory at the time of hire.

• Must be willing and able to obtain a CI Polygraph.
