Shift Leader

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to join their team as Shift Leaders at their Aurora, Colorado location. As a Shift Leader, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by supporting daily operations and leading team members to success. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead store operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for guests.

• Assist in cooking and preparing Panda signature dishes.

• Support team development through hands-on leadership and guidance.

• Contribute to the restaurant’s mission of serving food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.

Required Qualifications:

• Some high school education; additional education or certifications preferred.

• Prior experience in restaurant or operational leadership roles is advantageous.

• Local/municipal Food Handler certification (may be required at candidate’s expense).

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform tasks in a hot, high-paced environment.

• Strong verbal communication, adaptability, and the ability to manage conflict effectively.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Fast-paced restaurant kitchen environment with high noise and heat.

• Standing for long durations and operating kitchen tools and equipment, including Chinese cook knives.

• Requires multitasking, reaching across counters, and maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
