As a Shift Leader, you will play a key leadership role in restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service while creating a welcoming environment for guests. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support restaurant team members during assigned shifts to ensure exceptional guest service.

• Assist in managing daily operations, including food preparation, cooking, and maintaining service standards.

• Uphold Panda’s mission of “Food with Passion, Service with Heart, and Ambiance with Pride.”

• Ensure compliance with local food safety requirements and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

• Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to team members to support their growth and success.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: Some high school education.

• Preferred: Some prior operations or leadership experience.

• Must obtain and maintain local/municipal Food Handler certification (at applicant’s own expense).

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work efficiently in hot and noisy environments.

• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to manage conflicts in a fast-paced setting.
